Hi my name is Lydia, and I have FASD as well. My Birth mom drank alcohol when I was in her womb. I also have a twin brother that has it too. I was adopted when I was almost 3 years old. So beyond blessed i was accepted to a loving Christian family who loves me and my brother. Yes I have my days where I struggle with Trauma from the past. I also have bi Polar and emotional issues. I have ADHD as well. I’m now 26 married to an amazing Godly man. We have been married for 2 years. I have recently gotten another job. I love working playing sports and hanging out with friends, family, and my husband. I love making music and so does my husband.

Looking at him phsyically it's like looking into mirror, and lot of it is FASD facial characteristics. My FASD is mild and has been mostly shown itself in difficulties learning mathematics and on the other hand difficulties reading social cues and always picking on if somebody is being truthful or not, even when they're obviously joking.

You are a lovely young man. And u are a very clever person. My son has fasd he is 29 years old. He's so happy now we have got him on risperidol. It's a fantastic mood stabiliser . Luke use to be so aggressive and anxious . Now he us a totally different young man. He will always have his problems . But it's lively to see him so well. God bless you sir ❤❤

Very true. I am a chronic alcoholic for past 43 yrs. Fallen from the first floor, woke up with a fractured ankle. Life less body taken to the hospital but survived. Sober for 8 yrs but relapsed and gone through cataract surgery .

Glad to hear alot of folks knew enough to get help. My former spouse did not. Made my life a living hell. She died at 55 in 2017.

I have never abused or being addicted to alcohol but have seen friends die and others lose everything, ex British Forces and BBC employee tge drinking culture in both organisations is massive there are so many functioning alcoholics and everything revolves round alcohol. I missed out on many jobs as I would not be part of the “Drinking crew” but no regrets. People get over the first month free of alcohol and you will be fine and your life will improve massively. Your kids your marriage your health. Go Sober.

Adultery is not good, because it is not true love it is neglect to the lady and to the fetus, and brings sexual diseases, ​while marriage on the other hand, ok there is sex in marriage too and thats not a bad thing, its actually good, &is for the continuation of human race, & even for the here after its good for you because if you get children the good deeds of your children are counted as good deeds for both them and you, so they are a continuation of your own good deeds after you die and cant do good deeds any more, they are a continuation of you, & sex is to enjoy too, there is sex in marriage but marriage unlike adulatory it has love in it, it is a relationship in which the woman and the fetus are cared for, & even if they don't want to continue in a long lasting relationship they would at least be agreeing regarding the baby that the baby should be cared for, especially the guy he is responsible for the child to provide for him/her and to make sure the child becomes a good human being. ​Sodomy-same sex marriage-its bad and not part of normal human nature and life &it brings many sexual diseases. Eating pork can bring cholesterol &some parasitic worms. ​Not cheating, gaining trust by being a trust worthy honest person, & having good behavior, can help bring more money to you, and is good for you in the next life too.
